The piece is a beautiful vintage black and white milk glass rhinestone flower brooch, likely from the 1950s or 1960s. It features prong-set white milk glass marquise-cut (navette) stones and black rhinestones in a silver-tone setting, a popular design in mid-century jewelry. It is in the manner of Juliana of DeLizza & Elster, but is not a confirmed Juliana piece. It has a pin stop but no figure-eight puddling or open stone configurations on the back. The pin is concave in design. All prongs are tight and there are no missing stones or elements. The pin is 2 1/4 inches in diameter. This is a handsome piece; nice for everyday wear, special occasions, or as a gift.
