Pop-Up Alice in Wonderland Robert Sabuda First Edition

Truly one of the most amazing pop-up books for complexity and creativity! This is the first edition (2003) of Robert Sabuda's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, based on the iconic book by Lewis Carroll. The book features elaborate pop-up sculptures that utilize bold colors with holographic, mirrored, and gold details. All of the pages function as they should and the covers, front and back, are not blemished. A few pages have very light marks (in photos) and one page has a little waviness toward the bottom (pictured). The binding is secure. The book is large and thick--8 inches by 10 inches by 2 inches. The features of the book that include fold-outs and removable smaller books are not damaged and do not look used. The outside edges of some pages show a little wear (pictured). This is a great addition to a child's library.
