1940s Roseville Pottery Foxglove Vase

$29.00

This art deco vase from the 1940s is stamped Roseville U.S.A. 43 6". It stands 6 1/2 inches tall and is about 3 3/4 inches at the base. The top is approximately 4 inches wide. The glazing is a blended teal or greenish-blue to pink ombre. Unfortunately there is a substantial chip at the mouth and some smaller chips or scuffs along the white foxglove blossoms on one side. These are pictured in detail. There is an area of what appears to be dirt on one handle, also pictured. I have not attempted to scrub the piece and this area may well be easily removed or improved with cleaning. There is very little crazing and no cracks. This vase is still lovely and is 85+ years old. The price reflects its imperfections.
