Vintage Kenyon College Gold and Cream Stein by W. C. Bunting

This handsome mug or stein dates from the late 1980s and features the crest of Kenyon College with the name of the college above in Old English font. W. C. Bunting of East Liverpool was the manufacturer. It is glazed ceramic. The background is a rich cream color. The non-precious gold trim and embellishments are fairly pristine except for a slight uneven area at the very foot of the mug (pictured in the photos). The dimensions are 3 1/2 in diameter at the top, 4 inches across the bottom, and 6 inches high. This is a high-quality piece and is unblemished on the inside. It appears to be unused. Commemorate your years on the Hill or give it to your favorite Kenyon grad, or style up your barware collection.
